NANCY would like a pair of ice skates. Instead of buying a pair, Nancy runs a search in her area. Bingo! A member named Helen lives up the street is giving away a pair of ice skates. Nancy sends Helen an e-mail and request the item. HELEN has run out of veggies. During a search she notices that, Ron, the town farmer, is giving away veggies by the basket. Helen contacts Ron and arranges to pickup a basket of vegetables. RON would like a hair cut. Jimmy’s offering free hair cuts for a limited time. Ron contacts Jimmy and takes advantage of the free offer. JIMMY’S roof is leaking. He stumbles onto BOB’S ad, a handyman offering free service. Jimmy contacts Bob and arranges to get his roof fixed… and so on and so on. Save money, meet new friends and reap the benefits of a currency-free community!
